Creating with heart and humor
At The And, we believe that jewelry is more than just an accessory – it's a vibrant expression of joy and a personal touch to your daily style.
Our brand, The And, was created by two innovative jewelry designers, Pauliina and Salla, who have both worked with a prominent Finnish jewelry manufacturer. Alongside her design work, Pauliina has worked in marketing at a leading advertising agency, and Salla is highly skilled in 3D modeling, bringing an innovative approach to our creations.
Through our careers in jewelry industry, we encountered a common challenge that many faced – the limitations of standard necklace lengths. This insight, gained from both personal experience and customer feedback, sparked a deeper mission for The And.
We embrace the concept of layering – mixing, matching, or stacking pieces to create unique combinations that reflect your personality and mood. With adjustable lengths and interchangeable styles, our jewelry is designed to suit everyone, eliminating the one-size-fits-all approach that dominates much of the industry.
