Nothing matches. Everything belongs.
THE AND IN VENICE
We’re The And, a Finnish jewellery brand by designers Pauliina and Salla. The five pieces we’re introducing here carry echoes of women’s handcrafts from decades past, reappearing in unexpected forms through beadwork and 3D design.
They’re something completely new for The And – first seen in Venice.
The five
Four pairs of earrings. One eyewear chain. Five new pieces making their first appearance in Venice.

Something in the air
PART OF LÄHDE EXHIBITION – THE VENICE GLASS WEEK 2026
All five pieces are being shown together for the first time as part of our jewellery installation Something in the Air, presented within Sini Majuri and Jouni Leino’s exhibition Lähde.
Beautifully considered, occasionally a little strange. Just how we like things.
Found your favourite piece? Or several?
The pieces introduced in Venice are heading into production this autumn.
If one – or several – caught your eye, leave your email below and we’ll let you know when they’re ready to make their way into the world.
The people behind The And
We’re two Finnish jewellery designers with different ways of getting to the same place. The And gives us room to make the things we want to see in the world — with serious standards and considerably less serious behaviour.
Pauliina
Pauliina gives ideas time. She listens, lets things settle and has a habit of spotting which thought deserves another round. A jewellery designer with a background that also includes marketing, she brings a considered eye to TheAnd – and is rarely in a hurry to call an idea finished.
Salla
Salla thinks out loud. One idea tends to arrive with another, and then another. A jewellery designer with a particular talent for 3D modelling, she turns fast-moving thoughts into things that can actually exist – sometimes while the next thought is already on its way.
Dress for joy. Because joy has no respect for dress codes.
Jewellery to choose by instinct, layer by mood, combine in unexpected ways and fill with meanings nobody else needs to understand.
